About Justyna

My Mission is to help you discover the best version of
Yourself, so you can create life you’ve always dreamed of
and deserve.

I am Self-Discovery Coach and qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist (graduated from Middlesex and Reading University), member of BACP, currently working part-time as a Psychology Practitioner in the NHS Mental Health. While working with people I have learned that there is no less or more important problem, we all deserve to live happy and fulfilled life.

In 2005, I immigrated to the UK from Poland with just a few pounds in my pocket, a suitcase and a big dream. I joined my mum who had already lived in the UK and with her blessing and support I started a new chapter of my life.

Growing up in a communist country was tough has taught me how to survive in a time of a struggle. I learned how to turn my biggest struggles into my biggest strengths. Back in Poland I was trained as a school teacher but in the UK I was not able to use my teaching skills due to a language barrier. After a long journey of self-discovery I have realized that teaching is not what I want to do. I was always interested in human psyche and helping others was what I was enjoying the most. I decided to change my career and become a a psychotherapist and a life coach. I have attended countless seminars over the last 10 years in the area of psychology, personal development and holistic health. With over 10 years of experience in working with people , many mistakes, broken relationships, family health problems and career change I have finally cracked the code to help myself and others to live life from a place of integrity and passion.

Only if you Discover Your True Self, your needs, desires, beliefs, values, you will be able to know what drives your decisions and choices in your everyday life. Only if you crack that code you will be able to tap into your full potential and create life you deserve.

I belief that the greatest gift is to be able to help another person achieve their dreams, goals and desires and to stand up in your own glory and understanding of who you really are.
